Returns/Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained via email only by submitting your request along with a copy of your receipt to Contact@FrigginSpritzen.com with the words RETURN/REFUND in the Subject Line.  Please be specific as to the reason the item is being returned. In the unlikely event you receive a defective/damaged product, we would allow a refund or exchange on that product and your shipping charges will be refunded.   DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK PRIOR TO CONTACTING US.

We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Due to the unique nature of our products we are unable to refund or exchange products simply due to scent likes/dislikes.  The unique blends of essential oils and botanicals will create scents you may have never smelled before and are unique to our blends.  We do our best to describe what the scents of our products are like.  We hope you embrace the uniqueness and come to love them as much as we do.
We give each customer’s concerns individual attention and will provide you with the instructions for making your return or exchange. Please contact our Returns Department within 30 days of delivery so the exchange or in store credit transaction can be arranged.  
  1. Returned merchandise must be unused (resellable condition) and in original packaging
  2. Custom items are not returnable
  3. We reserve the right to not accept damaged returns
  4. 25% restocking fee may apply
